A Delhi couple who alleged they were lured into buying a holiday membership after being promised free hotel stays and other benefits has secured relief from a consumer commission. The commission directed Royalty Holidays International to refund Rs 65,000 with 9% annual interest, besides paying Rs 30,000 compensation for mental harassment and Rs 11,000 towards litigation costs.
