Marathwada Water Grid project to get Rs 20,000 crore JICA funding: Devendra Fadnavis

Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) has responded positively to providing a loan of around Rs 20,000 crore for the first phase of Maharashtra's Marathwada Water Grid project. The initiative will connect water-surplus dams to water-scarce areas through 3,095 km of pipelines, benefiting around one crore people across four districts.
