Vithya Ramaraj anchors India to mixed 4x400m silver at Asian Games

India achieved a silver medal in the mixed 4x400m relay at the Asian Games, clocking 3:14.46. Vithya Ramaraj performed a strong anchor leg to help the team finish second. Bahrain won the gold medal with a time of 3:12.87, followed closely by the bronze medalist team. Indian athlete Seema Kumari also secured a bronze medal in the women's 10,000m event. She finished with a time of 32:50.
