Axiscades Technologies shares rose on Wednesday after Abakkus Asset Manager bought a 3.03% stake for around Rs 235 crore through a block deal. Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund also picked up a 4.89% stake. Promoter Jupiter Capital sold a 10.69% stake for Rs 829.72 crore in the transaction.
The Bombay High Court on Wednesday recused itself from hearing the NIA’s appeal against bail granted to dismissed cop Sachin Waze in the 2021 Antilia bomb scare case. Justices Bharati Dangre and Ashish Chavan said they had difficulties hearing the matter and directed that it be placed before another bench. The NIA had challenged the special court’s finding that it failed to establish a prima facie terrorism case against Waze under the UAPA.
