A Rajkot vegetable vendor has been arrested after police allegedly found counterfeit Rs 100 and Rs 500 notes along with equipment used to produce them at his home. Investigators said Kishan Solanki learned the process after seeing an Instagram reel and later communicating with a trainer on Telegram. Police allege he circulated around 40 fake Rs 100 notes through small purchases.
