Hugh Jackman’s venture with coffee started following a 2009 trip to Ethiopia, where he met a young coffee farmer named Dukale. Motivated by Dukale’s determination, Jackman established Laughing Man Coffee in 2011 with an objective to support coffee-growing communities. The brand concentrated on premium coffee while directing 100 percent of Jackman’s profits to the Laughing Man Foundation.
