Late actor and comedian Dom DeLuise purchased a roughly third-acre Pacific Palisades property in 1968 for $103,000 and lived there until his death in 2009. More than five decades after the original purchase, the property changed hands in late 2021, when an entity managed by Jeff Mironer of Provincetown Estates acquired it for nearly $6.5 million, according to The Real Deal. The developer demolished the former 1950s house and replaced it with a new mansion. Completed this year, the residence spans more than 10,000 square feet, has seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, and is now listed for $21 million.
